Terrible customer service. Was not greeted when we walked in. Employee appeared to be visiting with a friend. Had to stare at her before she actually came up to serve us. I made a comment about how much smaller the $18 candy apples are now in comparison to a couple of years ago. I have pictures of many candy apples that I’ve purchased in the past as I have a big family and usually purchase 6-8 at a time on any special occasions. Employee processed to disagree and argue with me as if I was lying about the previous candy apples that I have purchased. I have been going to Rocky Mountain chocolate factories across Canada since my children were small. They are now adults. I can spot a huge difference in the size and quality of the apples from then to now and noted they are definitely not worth $18. I ended up purchasing just one just to show my family who has been eating them for years to see if they noticed a difference in the size and quality. Guess we’re all liars then according to your employee who argued with me the entire time I was in the store. The candy apples are yes way smaller and the quality of the designs is the poorest I’ve ever seen them so far. Very unprofessional of an employee to argue with a customer. Terrible employee representing the company. If you’re going to charge $18 bring back the previous baker that prepared the candy apples and teach your employees to learn to respond to constructive criticism. Again poor and unprofessional...

I have visited a branch of this store in Calgary and also got the chance recently to experience this location at The Centre Mall.

They have a vast selection of gourmet, rich and delicious chocolates, ice cream, candy apples, chocolate bombs and much more. During this visit we got to try some candy apples and their in-house made PB Chocolate Cups and all I can say is WOW! The freshness, the flavors and the rich taste of peanut butter and chocolate was amazing.

Everything was very fresh and appealing to the eye in store, staff were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend chocolate lovers to check this store out, although it is a little pricey, the quality speaks for itself and...

You would think in these time every sale matters!! Just tried to buy a good amount from you guys drove across the city for it rhe dpt machine stopped work after i pick all my stuff and you sale person tells me this happens all the time!!! Then says to wait for 20mins if I don't have cash. Well just lost my business as well as two other people that walled out at the same time. Pretty sure you need every sale if you guys can't afford to upgrade your dept machine. Back to what she said happens all the time and I think it time to upgrade.
