sizzling wok — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I went to get a 2 item meal with drink and when i started eating i noticed the rice was undercooked. I asked them to replace the rice with fresh veggies and the the guy there didnt understand what i said and started serving on top of the same container to which i said give it in a new container and keep the noodles and substitute the rice with veggies. Litterally he scopped the remaining veggies out of the bin (leftovers) and serves it with a bunch of skinny noodles in a small take out container which wasn't a decent size. When i asked what are u doing he started shouting in his language to me till the lady came to me and spoke in english. It wasnt good customer service and obviously the gentleman didn't understand what i was asking..i usually do come here in the mall to eat but this time was poor customer service and being impolite. Please understand and change ur policy or understand ur customers. I should have just taken the money back but i was good to settle with a replacement...

My God. This was the worste food I've had in years . There BBQ pork smells like hand sanitizer and I wish I was kidding. There spring rolls smelled sour and the sauce for them is even worse. I spent 13 bucks and maybe hate 4 bites of this . I seriously hope I don't get sick from this . The sister store Vietnamese gets there food items from sizzling wok so stay away from them too . Your better of getting Mc Donald's. I've worked in culinary for years and this is repulsive. The hand sanitizer smell is un real I thought for a moment it was the cleaned table but no it's the food . Generally I have a good experience at this restaurant. My daughter and I love going for a bubble tea. Today while there, the lady neglected to tell me that a certain flavour was not a blended bubble tea, which is what I generally enjoy. When I noticed that it was not a blended one, at the point of the pearls and only ice in the cup, they would not change my order. It was certainly at the point that they could have fixed it. I ordered the milk tea and it is NOT good. I knew I would not like the liquid with the pearls. I wasted my money and will not be buying my bubble tea from the Sizzling Wok again.
