My wife and I have been ordering from this location for about two years now. We were promoters of this establishment. We ordered probably twice or three times a month. As of Friday May. 31st/2019, we will NEVER order from this location again and we will tell the following to every person who might inquire where to order from.
We placed our standard order for delivery at approximately 5:55pm. By 6:40 we had received our order. We ate our fill, and by 7:30pm we had started to feel sick. By 8:30pm we had full on food poisoning. I will spare anyone reading this the details of the evening, but I assure you it was extremely unpleasant for both of us. We were awake the entire night in agony. We spent almost our entire Saturday/Sunday sleeping and recovering/hydrating.
Saturday at approximately 3pm, I placed a call to this Red Swan location and asked to speak to a manager. I explained to the gentleman that came to the phone in detail as to what had happened, and explained that I would like some sort of explanation, and at the very least an apology and a refund for our meal. He took my phone number and informed me he would call the owner of the store and give them the details. He told me I would receive a phone call back shortly. As of Monday, I had not heard anything back yet so I stopped in at the location in person and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that there was no managers present, but the employee at the front desk would have someone call, and asked that I wait for a few moments while they did this. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I was instructed they could not get anyone on the phone. They took my name and phone number again, and said someone would be in touch.
As it is now one full week since the first complaint was placed, I think it is fair to assume that they do not care about this because I have not heard anything at all.
This business literally took our money and POISONED us. When it was brought to their attention, they ignored it. Multiple times. This is NOT acceptable. I encourage anyone who actually orders from this location to stop by and walk in the front door. Sniff the air a bit, and look at the condition of the walls/floor. This establishment is not a clean one, I can only imagine what the condition of the actual kitchen looks like if the customer entrance is this dirty.

Read moreI would give 0 stars if possible. I indicated that I would not like black olives on the pizza I ordered. I went to pick it up and there was indeed olives. No problem, I said I didn't mind waiting if they could make another with the correct order. I came back, and the man came to the front with the pizza and stood there with a smug look on his face, opened my pizza and pushed it toward me with the lid open, and said here is your pizza. It was obvious he was trying to make a point. When I got home and began to eat the pizza, it was cold and it was clear that this wasn't a freshly made pizza. (I live a two minute drive from the location, and have ordered here many times, the pizza is always still hot by the time I get home). As I ate the pizza, I found numerous olives throughout the inner area of the pizza. I then realized that they had simply picked the olives off the top of the original pizza and gave it back to me. I called and explained this, and the woman asked me to hold on while she got the manager. Another lady came on the phone and asked what the problem was. I asked if she was the manager and she said the manager had left for the day. I asked what time the manager would be in tomorrow. The lady then said the manager has gone back to his home country and wouldn't be back until Nov.1. I asked for the manager's name and she said she is the manager for now and she could give me a free pizza if I came back. Um, no thanks. She was extremely rude and short with me, and when I asked for her name she hung up on me. Horrible service and liars. You could have at least reheated the pizza if you wanted to try and pull a fast one on me. I used to order here at least 1-2 times per week. Will never return. Read moreI ordered 2 XL pepperoni pizzas from here. Horrible all around experience. After stating the food would take 45 minutes to arrive, it took an hour and 40 minutes. Not to mention one of the pizzas was prepared incorrectly. This is not even the main issue. The main issue comes from this: I found a small sharp piece of some plastic like material in one of the pizzas. I tried to contact the store to let them know and request a refund. The store handled the situation horribly. After explaining my situation they immediately tried to push a remake of the order on me. When I insisted on a refund instead, they hung up on me. I called back and was greeted with short tempers. The manager or supervisor even accused me of lying saying “we don’t use plastic in our pizzas” I know you don’t and I don’t care where it came from. I care that I almost ate that sharp piece of plastic. After they tried to give me a run around and accusing me of lying I was admittedly a little tired of the conversation. They tried to give me a gift card for 30 dollars (my order was 54) I was annoyed and told them yet again I just want my money back. They then told me their manager would call me back. Tomorrow.
