Fuhntastic. Tl;dr: Good value, fresh. Will buy again. Ordered 2 bubble teas, 4 chasiu salad rolls (3A), ultimate grilled-style vermicelli bowl (27), and satay peanut brisket beef noodle soup (32 C). The bubble teas were great. Not sure what the toppings were, but they were amazing. Maybe homemade bubbles? For those who expect usual pearls, you may be surprised. Very delicious. The passion fruit flavour was sweet and tangy. The black tea was my favourite! Very sweet and had a great, deep tea taste. For those (like me) who get no ice when ordering bubble tea, GET ICE. The teas are very concentrated and I'm glad that I forgot to ask for no ice. Chasiu rolls were refreshing and firm. The dip was also very good, especially when mixed with the satay sauce! Chasiu wasn't dry at all and the veggies were crisp. The satay peanut brisket beef soup was super meaty and delicious! The sock was obviously made from scratch with drippings. Peanuts tasted toasted and crunchy. Brisket was almost falling apart in the soup. I added an extra egg, beef, and soup thinking I'd only get a couple bites of beef--not true; this bowl was packed! The noodles, beef, and bean sprouts were served seperate from the soup which was super nice because it allowed the noodles to stay springy and sprouts crisp. My only regret was that the soup wasn't spicy at all and it didn't come with any basil: I guess you have to order that specifically. If you like spicy like me, maybe ask for extra chilli oil. This bowl also came with an eighth of a lime and I would've liked more. The ultimate grilled style vermicelli bowl smelled FUHNOMINAL. It made my stomach growl the whole way home (picked up my order). I didn't personally eat this one, but I tried the toppings and they were so juicy and so flavourful! I would be hard pressed to order something other than this. I would absolutely recommend this place. The meals were enough to set aside extra for later. My total was $60 and we were able to get dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow. Don't be afraid of the spice; it barely exists. Ask for extra spice if spicy is what you desire.

Fuh Station 2 3401 8th Street Saskatoon, SK My love and I stopped at Fuh Station 2 yesterday. We had never tried this place out and typically, we usually get the Vermicelli Noodle Bowls and this was no different. Upon entry, we were greeted immediately and sat down in a clean, bright and inviting atmosphere. We both ordered the #29 on the noodle bowl part (hers without peanut and mint, and mine without bean sprouts). The bowl comes with fresh, bright vegetables, spring rolls, grilled meats (chicken, beef, pork & shrimp), and a side of fish sauce. I also asked for a side of sweet and sour sauce. Out of all the noodle bowls I’ve eaten, this one may have had the best flavour. Not only did you get the flavour from the grill, but the it was seasoned extremely well, and was so tender, not dried out. I was impressed with how the shrimp was cooked and presented. The spring rolls didn’t knock me off my seat, as I’ve had better ones at other establishments, but this noodle bowl was exceptional despite that. The noodles were cooked very well, not clumped and gummy at all. Once mucked up, this perfectly portioned vermicelli noodle bowl provided one of the better meal Experiences from the atmosphere, cleanliness, food service timing, quality of food and the price. If I had to knock anything, it would be that the service somewhat lacked, in that there were no water refills offered, and nobody came to see how the food was, or if we needed anything further. Despite that, the food stands out, and I would highly recommend Fuh Station 2 to anybody. We’ve never tried the other location, so not sure if it’s the same owners or not. Cleanliness - 5/5 Atmosphere - 4.4/5 Food - 4.8/5 Washrooms - N/A Service - 3.7/5 Portion Size - 5/5 Price Value - 4.6/5 —————————— 4.58/5 👍🏻

Have to say it's much better than expected. Cheap and tasty. Bubble tea is great. Will come again! Feel so bad to leave another review after two years. In this two years, we came so many times. Obviously, the amount the food is less, as the price is higher. Today, the amount of rice noodle is only half of how much we came two years age. We all understand that everything becomes twice or even more expensive than before, and the increase of the price is acceptable. We just hate you guys also decrease the amount of food. The pasta we order today, we could barely found some pasta but only vegetables. This might be the last time we came to your restaurant. You may not care, but still, we feel so sad and disappointed about the changes.

First time there. Initially planned to give 3 star on the basis that their 1) Pho (the only item I ordered) was bland and needed more umami flavour, 2) no red chili pepper or basil or cilantro (the alternative offered when they found out they did not have any basil but came back a second time to inform no cilantro either), 3) clean and checked for vaccination records, 4) friendliness and organized service, and 5) bit pricy for portion. Minus 1 star due to a mixup with the bill and no beef balls in my 'Special beef noodle soup'. They insisted on my bill that I had an iced coffee but I quickly directed them back to my table which clearly shows only one bowl of Pho (good thing they had not cleared my table yet, or I'll have to get them to review the CCTVs). A second staff member came to address the issue. Proceeded to offer a 10% discount on the Pho bowl that was missing the menu promised beef balls. But the iced coffee was still on the bill. So I repeated for them to have a look at my still uncleared table (thank you God) before they finally agreed to removing the iced coffee that I did not order or ingest. Not the best first time experience, needless to say, I will not be going back. Hope nobody else ever has to experience this. I had a better pho experience at Jia in Rosewood. They provided everything promised on the menu and the broth was spot on to my umami preference similar to what I...
