I recently visited Spicy Time, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! As a fan of Indian cuisine, I opted for the meal for one, which included Butter Chicken, Naan Bread, chickpeas, and rice. Let me tell you, it was a delightful treat for my taste buds.
The Butter Chicken was rich, creamy, and packed with flavors that perfectly complemented the tender chicken pieces. The naan bread was warm, soft, and simply delicious. My only tiny quibble would be that I could have used a bit more of the naan bread. However, considering the affordable price of the meal (only $20 for a full serving), the additional charge of $2.50 to $3.00 for extra naan bread seemed reasonable.
The overall quality of the food was outstanding, and I couldn't help but be thoroughly impressed. The authentic flavors and the aromatic spices transported me to the heart of India. It's clear that the chefs at Spicy Time take great pride in their culinary creations.
During my visit, the staff informed me about their buffet, which is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays starting at around 4:00 PM. I am already looking forward to returning for the buffet, as I can't wait to indulge in more of their incredible Indian dishes. I am more than ready to explore the delicacies of Spicy Time the next time I visit.
The ambiance of Spicy Time was cozy and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy the meal. The restaurant's location is convenient, and the friendly service provided by the staff added to the overall positive experience.
Spicy Time offers some of the most awesome Indian food I've ever tasted in Saskatoon. From the delectable Butter Chicken to the delightful naan bread, every bite was a treat. Despite the minor naan bread portion, the value for money is exceptional, making Spicy Time a must-visit for Indian cuisine lovers like me. I highly recommend checking out their buffet as well. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their...

There must be No " Cauliflower " in your so called " Paneer Jalfarezi "..I never had any dish with Paneer with Cauliflower...
Your Vegetarian Dishes must be Served / Placed way farther than the Non vegetarian dishes in your buffet..If you are really interested in seeing more vegetarian community at your place ..
There were No Nuts in the dessert " Kheer ", if it may cause allergy to anyone , you have to simply post a title " It contains cashews, almonds etc. " instead of completely removing the nuts from the kheer & displaying nuts free.
Instead of preparing " Potato - Brinjal curry " for your buffet, you should make " Mixed Vegetable " / "Curry Pakora" / "Daal Makhani" / "Dahi Bhalla"..Trust me , I never had Potato - Brinjal curry in any buffet throughout my life..It should be completely removed.
In your " Aaloo Chana Chaat, If you add crushed "Paapdis" [ small fried patties] & pour Plane " Namkeen" [Fried Noodles] , results would have been great.
From shape and size of the "samosas", Its confirmed that you are using readymade " frozen samosas " in your buffet, You can make your raw samosas in bulk and put it in a freezer, you can fry them whenever required instead of using readymade frozen "samosas".
7.. If you will broadcast / display ..in your advertisements that your you have 100% separate cooking facility for vegetarian food lovers, you'll get good results..
You should repeat point 7 for making it eye catching for Vegan Lovers.
The taste of the food was good , but you need to definitely work on above parameters. And Deduct Chefs salary for putting " Cauliflower " in " Paneer Jalfarezi "..
Price of the Menu is Over Priced basis on Quality, Ingredients & Quantity of Items served.

EDIT: the restaurant followed up with me to apologize and changed their menu promptly. They took accountability and showed great professionalism. I do appreciate that they took this seriously and quickly rectified the situation. Thank you for updating your menu. I am changing my rating to five stars because every other time I’ve eaten here it’s been a wonderful experience.
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. The food is delicious and the staff were always really nice. However, today I ordered the matter paneer online, which is a dish I’ve had many times in the past. I have a severe nut allergy that can put me into anaphylactic shock from the slightest contaminant. Even though I’ve had this dish many times before, thank god I put a note on my online order of my nut allergy. They called me and asked me if the cashew gravy was fine. Uhhh what cashew gravy? Since when is there cashew anything in this dish? They must have added this to the dish because there’s no way I could have safely eaten this dish all these times in the past and not gone into anaphylactic shock. And I don’t know why they would start - this dish is specifically advertised on their menu as NUT FREE. They did try to reassure me that the cashew gravy was left out of my order specifically because of the note I made - but if I hadn’t left a note, they WOULD have used it. And that’s what’s concerning. Why are they using a cashew gravy in a NUT FREE dish? Like, this isn’t a small oversight. This is pure negligence that could kill someone. I’m sorry. I normally hate to leave a negative review, but this goes beyond a standard complaint. You are risking people’s health and safety by falsely advertising.
Please remove the nut-free sign from your matter paneer dish on your menu. It is NOT nut free if you normally use a...
