Security ggaurd gave me a ticket and I wasn’t even there for ten minites (just waited in line for an application) and the security guards says there are signs everywhere that u have to pay — which I acknowledged that I have read but told her I didn’t know where tthe pay toll was— she gave me attitude saying signs are everywhere — truthfully it is not very in the open — so I got a ticket because your pay toll is not visual enough for people to use ? Because I waited Ina line up for an application that I could have had available toe on a wall without wasting time lining up . I expect better from government agencies— I pay taxes — shouldn’t parking be free at government agencies ?

Maybe have nicer security guard as well as she was probably racist because she didn’t mail me my mail but it got sent to collections — I expect better from federal agency’s and those of authority even if it’s...
