Didn’t give me my MacBook on time when he wasn’t able to fix it and he also blocked me when i was trying to get it back. Also, he charged me $50 for just updating my mac and my safari, he gave me a full refund back because it wasn’t completely fixed but imagine if my mac was already fixed so he would’ve just collected $50 for doing what you can do on your own. He is sketchy for blocking me and i will never recommend any one to go to him again. He will overcharge you for a minor fix and there should be other places in the soo to get your devices fixed. I had sent in my computer for a new motherboard. When the work was finished I was told I had lost a few USB slots bc of a different board which is understandable. He did not however inform me that I had lost a DVI, VGA and a host of other ports. I cannot use a second monitor now since I only have 1 viable DVI and 1 HDMI. I took my computer here in July 2021 to upgrade the O/S from Windows 8 to Windows 10. Carlos said he would save my data and reinstall it on my computer after the upgrade. The Windows 10 version Carlos installed was several versions old. It took me months to upgrade it to the current version. A lot of my data was lost irretrievably.
