Cineplex — Local services in Sault Ste. Marie

Movie seen was good. However the extreme long slow moving lines were troublesome. Staff move at a snail's pace and are not equipped to provide scene points when I inquired. After receiving an email that someone tried to use my points, they cancelled my card and have yet to receive a new one or my points and I missed out on points on the night I went to the show. Was informed by the worker that there was a breach with some peoples Information. This information shouldve been sent by scene headquarters to all those who were affected by this breach. I was never notified other then them...

I will start with the good. Staff were friendly and quick. The lines moved fast and our order was accurate. The bad. The place is filthy. Under our seats at an afternoon show there was tons of garbage all over the floor. The bathrooms were even worse. For a late afternoon show mid week I feel like it should have been much cleaner. There was garbage all over the bathroom, many stalls the toilets were disgusting. This isn't even the first time I've complained about this. A night out at the movies cost us nearly $100. I expect to at least have somewhere clean...

This is a great movie theatre. I actually travel over from the United States to get here, as we do not have a movie theatre in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. They have many movies to choose from, and offer special prices on Tuesdays. They have many good food choices here. They also have a Scene card, where you get points for swiping your card, which then gets you free food or a free movie. This is in a great location, right in the Station Mall, downtown Sault Ste....
