From the time we walked in the staff were extremely helpful. We had been to other furniture stores in the soo and I never experienced customer service like we did here. Also the selection was absolutely amazing hundreds of colours of fabric and styles to choose from not like the other stores where you only have two options. when we told the staff that we had just bought a house they were so excited for us and did all they could to help us with measuring to make sure the furniture would fit. When we got the furniture the delivery people were amazing. A few weeks into having the furniture we noticed that some of the threading was coming loose on the couch we had purchased. Right away the staff went above and beyond to ensure the couch was fixed. They did so quick and efficiently. Absolutely amazing service will definitely be buying here...

Bought two sets of couches approx two months ago. One set was custom order and came in quicker than originally expected. Sam took the time to ensure we got the right fabric as the ones we originally picked didn’t match inside our home so Sam sent samples with us. No other competitor in town took the time to ensure we bought something we’d be happy with and I’m glad Sam did what he did sending us with samples to make sure they matched our house. These couches are real leather (high quality at that) and not bonded junk from other competitors. 14 years ago we bought a bedroom set from Sam and it’s still going strong! My experience with them started off strong but quickly diminished after the sale. Purchased what I thought was a quality dining set and fast forward to 1.5 years later the finish is flaking off - its not even stained! Researched and apparently this is a known defect but of course warranty is only 1 year so they won't fix it. Spoke to the owner and she said its not her problem as she didn't make the table. She did offer me a $100 gift card which I declined - I won't be deceived by them again. Next time I'll go to IKEA and at least get...
