I guess we were in I guess we decided to order food and it was closing time we had assumed that because of that that all things were to go at the little cafeteria thing there the lady in charge was not nice at all she had a little money than her food without anything in between I didn't actually eat my food I threw it out because God knows where her hands have been and where they were the two gentlemen were stunned by her and definitely did not show her inconsideration for our food the gentlemen were washing their hands and using gloves while she was handling money coughing and then touching her foods I specifically yelled at him don't let her touch my food and she had no choice because she had already taken it from him not politely either the staff inside the casino is always great and courteous and with a smile will help you with anything but that cafeteria wow I think the last time we were there it was different people I hope but those two gentlemen thumbs up that lady...

It's not a busy place except for when it's game day. I like a couple of ladies who work the floor. One does payouts, and the other serves drinks. They're both very friendly!

I've been going there for years, and when one of the young men asked me for identification, I was not impressed. It just so happened that as I was walking in, there were a couple of natives that were also getting iD'd. I did show him my ID, and I told him, "I am 65 years old. I've never been I'D here before!"

I am a Google guide, so I report on all my interactions everywhere I go daily. While I was there, I took a break and went outside for a cigarette. I watched as a group of young non-native came in, and they did not have to show any proof of their age.

From that experience, I probably will not utilize the casino anytime...

We visited Edmonton, Argyll Pure Casino several times and also attended an event at the Social Room (Mid Autumn Festival). The outside of the Casino may look older but WOW... the inside of the Casino is top notch newly renovated (like a Las Vegas feel). I'm not usually the one to write reviews but this place really deserves many thumb ups in so many areas. The energy of the whole establishment feels comfortable and staffs all get along well. The security guys are professional and greeted us warmly everytime we walk in. Kitchen staffs and all servers are friendly and helpful. The food is really good. This makes me think that it must be funnelled down from some good management of this place. Our whole family highly recommend this place to spend some good times and enjoy good foods with...
