I think they actually have real chicken now...if not then they are getting better at the bleached minced chicken parts to make it look and taste real....
This is at 75th street and 76 Ave. Edmonton AB...... Dairy Queen (not a Queen at all)
the photo is from the last time i was there ... this it's supposed to be a family size french fries and onion rings that were way over cooked dried out and we figure it was under the lights for at least 8 hours.... very bad quality food that my friend ate anyway cuz he was starving to death and if he hadn't been starving we would have thrown it out... after about four bites he threw his out anyway... I didn't even touch it.... it was so bad that I can't believe a restaurant would serve this to anybody even an animal that had really good teeth to chew it.... very disappointed and I will never go back to this restaurant or any other Dairy Queen ever ever again.... we got the family size because my friend was really hungry .... it was smaller than a child size portion ...and we also got a burger for him and the burger was on a bun that was dried out and was way more than a week old and the burger itself was about 8 mm thick very thin and very dried out.... just a mess from beginning to end..... they don't care at this restaurant so don't go there save your money and by a piece of meat from a dog food processing plant because it would be better quality then this restaurant...a wasted $14.00 for next...
Read moreI used to ride for the Great Cycle Challenge. I went for a ride that was quite a bit longer than I had planned, so I didn't have enough water or a bike lock (I know, I didn't plan well). I tried going through the drive through here on my bike, something I can do at lots of other places. I placed my order at the speaker, but a manager came out and told me to leave because it was unsafe to go through the drive through on a bike. I just wanted something a little sweet and some water. I asked him if I could just give him some cash and he could grab me some water. He said no. I asked if I could bring my bike into the store. He said no. He wasn't willing to do anything to help me out.
I was riding to raise money for kids cancer research. I needed some water at least.
I went to Wendy's a couple blocks away and the staff there were incredibly accommodating. I went through the drive through, ordered some orange juice and water, and had no issues. I went to a grassy area beside the road and almost collapsed from heat exhaustion. The water and orange juice were...
Read moreService is extremely slow and the manager is abrasive and VERY rude to customers. I waited in line while the drive thru had about 4 staff working there and noone at the counter. We kept getting told to wait even though we actually got out of car and came inside the restaurant. Another customer waiting asked for some ketchup and got yelled at by who I can only assume is the manager. He yelled at her for asking for ketchup! I finally get to make my order and it's the same guy who yelled over the ketchup taking my order. He starts getting annoyed at me because he thinks I gave him to the wrong coupon even though I tried telling him twice that I didn't order a chicken sandwich combo I ordered what was on the coupon. I asked for my food to stay and was told to sit down and my food came in a to go bag that literally thrown at me at the table. Not even placed nicely or just handed to me, it was TOSSED. Never coming back to this one. If I could give zero...
