The Holy Taco Food Truck (& Mexican Eats) - as a girl with a deep enough passion for tacos I opted for a forearm tattoo of a taco - I approve these tacos lol.

Absolutely unreal! Saw them in Hope at the Brigade Day events and couldn't have been more pleased. Overall the food truck line up at the Brigade Days event(s) was wicked good and offered a wide spectrum of eats. Mo Bacon was there, Hunky Bill's Perogies, Yellow Bear Mobile Grub - to name a few.

I had the "open taco" and chose the "beef birria", although they do offer vegetarian and a "special chicken birria". It was $9.50 and came with consume. Hands down, I would pay that price all day long and for as many as they had on deck. Super friendly, energetic and passionate staff. Quick to pump the food out and served hot. My partner caught me drinking the consume and told me I shouldn't be allowed in public places that offer food 🤣

It was slightly raining, I had my baby strapped to my chest, it was busier then I anticipated and I waited until I was Hangry to jump inline at one of the many food trucks.
