Courage Foods — Local services in Toronto

I'm a black woman and I went into this place a couple weeks ago , as I walked in all of the staff just looked at me and said nothing to me . One of the staff an older lady stood behind me and followed me around while I was trying to shop . I bet u if I was a white women I wouldn't have been followed around the store like I was going to steal something ! When I did buy something they didn't smile or say thank you !? Nothing ! Just a cold stare and attitude ! Especially from the older man with grey hair and beard standing In the kitchen . I was made to feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable! Terrible rude racist people , "ONLY WHITE FRIENDLY NEIGHBOORHOOD" over priced food and bland and boring taste with no flavour or spice . Even if the food was good and unique the service and attitude from Courage Foods would not make me make the trip to go...

Cannot say enough about this incredible little hidden gem! Every time I stop by I am blown away by their delicious prepared foods. Basically anything coming out of those slow cookers is guaranteed to be absolutely delicious! Service is both friendly and genuine and if you look inside the kitchen you will see it is immaculately kept! The curries and the pumpkin/walnut loaf are our faves. Delighted to have this...

A cute small store I could wander in for way too long. The smell from outside, even before you enter, is heavenly. It draws you in to all the delicious freshly made goods both sweet and savory. Holy cow, the sticky buns - are - amazing. I think they use croissant dough to roll the cinnamony, sugary, caramelly goodness up into the most delicious sticky bun you'll ever eat. This place...
