On the days of the specials, they give you a ridiculously small piece for item being sold on that day, even if you pay full price and not the special price. You can buy a chicken sandwich on Wednesday and have it be the ghost pepper sandwich / megan the stallion sauce sandwich, which is not covered by the special and get special chicken cutlet (which is way smaller) irregardless of the fact that you paid full price..... Essentially it is fraud, but they do it anyways, this is completely totally disgraceful, even the chicken quality for the 3 piece on the special day is lower quality. Best thing to do is to pay right after accepting the food, as to check the quality of the in of itself. If they feel they cannot do that, then show them your ID beforehand, so to protect them from being robbed of course.

LONG STORY SHORT - this location likes to fraud and cheat people especially at night time. Be careful, if you feel that they have cheated you, then by all means ask for it to be remade. Otherwise pay after checking everything out.

The Punjabi Indian girl who works at night is a big cheater and deliberately fails to include certain things within a given order. If she does not to do that, then there are certain things within a order that she fails to include. Like for example mashed potatoes, the gravy is only there but the mashed potatoes...

I'm not impressed with the service tonight. I come to this location often enough for the cashiers to recognize me (and they DO) and tonight I gladly waited almost 30 mins for my order when the place was completely empty only to get home for the portions to be devastatingly small. My husband NEVER complains even when he rightfully should and tonight to my surprise he actually did. It takes a lot to displease him but the 15 fries you gave both of us was too much for him to ignore this time around. If I patiently wait close to 30 minutes to receive my order without riding on you, complaining or making your life harder could you please at least give people a decent portion of food so the wait isn't so painful and angering when we return home to eat it? I cannot believe I waited 30 minutes for fresh fries and received literally 15 of them. 15 FRIES. I won't be going to this location unless I really have to from now on (which would be almost never since the Dixie location knows how to serve...
