Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

I ordered a large pizza and a panzerotti. The pizza crust was so delicious and fresh tasting!! I can honestly state that it was the best pizza crust/dough I have had from Pizza pizza all year. I eat at 3 locations. This location knocked it out of the ballpark. I enjoyed the dough/crust more than the toppings!! The panzerotti was a little disappointing. Though the dough was fresh, the filling was a little skimpy and the overall size was smaller than the ones I get from the other locations. So.. next time I am at this location, no panzerotti but definitely a pizza!! The canned pop was also very nicely chilled. It is a huge pet-peeve when I order canned pop and it is just minimally cold. It turns me off of the whole pizza experience. Hot pizza and cold pop go hand in hand. Would I return to this location? Absolutely!! Would I order my panzo from here next time? Highly unlikely. Would I order pizza from here again? You better believe it!! It's been hours since I finished eating that pizza. And I can still feel the enjoyment I experienced from eating the dough/crust. You were hungry, and you wanted to pick up a quick meal, and nothing decent was open around you. After multiple Google searches, you were fed up. You skipped pizza pizza ad the first 3 times because that was an involuntary response by your subconscious mind(for a legit reason), but the 4th time you caved and said screw it!! I'll just pick up a pizza from this place and call it a night. You either picked it up or got delivered to you, but that doesn't matter. As soon as you got in a position to eat, you finished up more than half of the portion and washed it down with a pop. 10 minutes go by, and then it all comes down to hit you. What have you done to yourself?? The filth you feel is real. They probably use the least quality dough, cheese, sause, and whatever else goes on a pizza. I've never not had a diarrhea after eating here. Also, that leftover you put it aside for breakfast, that can also be used as a weapon now because it has literally turned into a BRICK. If I could give a 0, I would. We ordered here a few times, but the last time was the straw that broke the camel's back. The customer is not always right, sorry folks. We had a horrendous customer service experience here, but to no fault of the young man at the cash who seemed to be doing all he could to keep everyone happy. Our order was easily 10 minutes behind schedule, but we sat there patiently to let them work. When we received our order, we decided we wanted to ask for a small discount or something, but were met with hostility and outright lying by the manager, so instead we demanded a refund. I would've happily just walked away, not paid, and left the pizzas there. The manager said the order was ready (which it wasn't, cause we were sitting there watching). We were going to take it up with corporate, but really, why waste your breath. Between this one, and the one at Warden at Finch, let's just say we don't order Pizza Pizza anymore. Hence, my business goes to the Pizza Hut instead at Midland...
