Happened to visited KD Electronics, and I have to say, this store is a paradise for anyone looking for electronics, gadgets, or tech accessories. They have No Refund policy. Be super careful before buying. I went here after seeing their advt on FB marketplace. Incorrect description and price- Fire tv stick 4k HD with box was available for $50, but when checked in the store, they said it was for $55 and now sold out. They didn't update the ad. Unwritten Warranty - i had to settle for a without-box device for $50. The device and other accessories looked brand new, just without a box so i bought it. For a cash payment, they gave a receipt. They said that device has 3 months warranty but it was not written anywhere on the receipt. Defective device- when checked at home, I found that the device was defective. Tried troubleshooting steps and also checked with neighbors, but it didn't work at all. Prompt response- I pinged the admin of their whatsapp group about the defect and promptly responded that they will provide exchange it. Offered a used device in exchange - when went to the store next day, they offered another device but it looked like used. The charger had lot of scratches. Plastic cover was missing. Anyway I was getting a device from a friend so I didn't want that one at all so I requested to refund which they denied. Charged 20% while refunding - when I insisted, I was told to get a coupon of $50. That coupon is not useful to me as I had no other item to buy in near future. Also I got suspicious about the quality of the products. So I requested for cash and they charged me 20% for that. Got a refund of $40.

Reason for 1 star - given because of quick response from the guy (luckily I added myself to their whatsapp group hence was able to contact) and despite the no-refund policy, they did a refund.

Overall, I'm disappointed with the experience. It's a lesson to me that I went to such shop and bought an open/without box item. I don't have enough confidence about their boxed products too and I won't visit this...

Hands down the finest electronic store in Toronto. Amazing variety of products, very reasonable and most importantly, amazing set of people running the store. It's like a little gem in GTA.
