We were at the mall and stopped in at this location for dinner. The new look inside gave it a fresh look that said welcome. The staff was friendly , nice and helpful and served the food fast and fresh. The Whopper tasted great it was fresh and seem to taste one of the best I have had in a while the fries was fresh and the rest of the food was as well. One item down side was the soft drink that you can not get it yourself but the main thing is that Bk has changed the cup size's. The cup size for a med cup is the size of small now and a large drink now is the size of a med drink yet the cost did not drop for getting less pop. The size of the cup is not the store's choice it comes from head office but I really think it is a disgrace that cup has been cut down in size so bad and no drop in price. So now that BK has changed the size for the cup is it going to mean other fast food stores are going to follow?? But I was able to get a refill before leavin which- was a good thing.. Went there yesterday at 10:30 a.m., July 6 Agincourt Mall branch (Sheppard/Kennedy) to order Chicken and Bacon sandwich and Smores Iced Coffee. I noticed the Iced Coffee wasn't filled up to the brim. I asked the manager if he could fill it up a bit more but reasoned out that if he filled it up I won't be able to taste the Smores flavoring anymore. Such scape goat! It turns out it was too sweet. And also, there was one Saturday wherein the server filled up the cup with ice up to the brim which was horrible it gave me a sore throat. I dumped some of the ice out upon reaching home, turned out the actual amount of iced Coffee was only almost half of the cup. Don't be cheap and be more customer-focused. Read moreThe cashier named Ram was horrible. Just poor customer service and representation of the company, it’s a shame. I didn’t see a button to select no ice in the app. When I asked him to remove the ice, he said he doesn’t want to because he already made the drink. When I brought up the fact that I didn’t get the option to remove the ice in the app, he said “this drink must have ice” (it’s a regular fountain soft drink). Just blatantly lied for no reason. I was there around 9:30pm, the store was dead and I was the only customer. He didn’t act like this because it was super busy or anything, just out of sheer laziness or spite, who knows. I hope the management team can improve the location’s customer service by removing poor customer service...
