Order was done incorrectly. Called and asked for replacement. I declined credit. Order placed at 12:04pm. Order came at 12:37pm. I called pizza pizza to request to replacement. I told them I had bad experience with this “credit they issue on phone number”. I said I want a replacement pizza done right. They said okay. I got no confirmation or email or calls. It was 1:27pm I called to get status update. The agent transferred me to csr. I asked how long it would take. She said driver was on way. She offered me a credit I said no I got the pizza. I told her my reason (past experience)why I don’t want credit. She apologized for my past experience and said she will give me credit. I told her I don’t believe her. She told me I can call back and check because credit was applied to my number. I assumed the credit was for $2 or $4. I didn’t think anything of this. I later got call from security. Driver was there waiting for me. I felt intimidated and humiliated by him . He asked if I got credited for the order. I try to explain that I requested the replacement but customer service said something about credit. I suggested he check with customer service by calling. Why would I say this if I was trying to steal or take advantage? I could of lied !!! My god I was honest. I assumed there was mix up.I told him I want replacement. He left with pizza accusing me of trying to get both? Please pull all calls and listen to it. I refused credit. I said I wanted replacement. How am I responsible if customer service did both? This would of been solved by him just allowing me to speak to csr and say no I would want replacement only. He left slamming the pizza in the trunk of his car!!!. He almost hit another car on the way out. I spoke to csr to understand what just happened. They told me they gave me both. I told them I only wanted replacement but now I had this happen to me for a credit I didn’t ask for!! Where is my mistake in this? Why was I embarrassed and treated like a fraud ???embarrassed in my lobby of my condo w where my neighbours were watching ? What did I do ? My pizza was cold and didn’t have the customization I wanted and ordered I was offered credit or replacement. I picked the replacement. This is the worst pizza pizza! How dare they treat customers this way on New Years!!!!!! I paid for something I was not given. drivers aren’t even in pizza pizza uniform either. Thank god I had front desk there to witness this. Read moreUpdate: Now in Spring 2022 Pizza Pizza has made it more expensive than ever to order. They have removed the DELIVERY coupon that refunded customers ordering online, AND, they have increased the delivery fee to $4.25, so I am potentially paying an additional $7.50 for a pizza to be delivered to me from down the street. Thanks!!! Also, fewer toppings and extra charges for toppings that used to be free such as base sauces, drizzles and add-ons. Also wish they'd bring back the caramelized onions they kiboshed. And frankly, quality is not as good as before. So, think twice and order from another establishment my friends.
Again today at Sept 25 tried to order my beloved pizza pizza but the online program still did not function properly. Then, when I called to report the error, I was put on hold for 20 minutes for miscellaneous customerservice. I soon realized it was my fault.... And I should look elsewhere for pizza.
Love Pizza Pizza, but last few weeks their website is not functioning properly and they refuse to fix it. I've called in and the customer service reps are unaware of any issue. It's frustrating because it means i cannot take advantage of the online discounts Pizza Pizza provides. Due to all this I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Read moreI had a rather disheartening experience at your establishment last Friday night. My friends and I arrived at approximately 12:30 am, hoping to dine in. However, we were informed by the server that dine-in service was not available at that hour. When we inquired further, the server explained that he had already completed the cleaning process and was unwilling to do so again for new customers.
Surprised by this response, we decided to contact Pizza Pizza's office for clarification. To our dismay, we were informed that there should have been no refusal of dine-in service, as the store operates until 3 am. This inconsistency in policy and practice was frustrating and inconvenient for us as customers.
Regrettably, we chose to seek service elsewhere that evening, and it's unlikely that we will patronize your establishment in the future. I sincerely hope that both the store owner and Pizza Pizza's head office will address and rectify these timing discrepancies to prevent such challenging experiences for customers...
