ATTENTION BUYER BE AWARE!!!! This store is located within Agincourt Mall at the major intersections of Sheppard Ave, East, and Kennedy Road in Toronto. This Kin-Kin Bakery franchise has failed in all areas of food handling, health, and safety. CONSUMERS EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! This store leaves food out in pan tray racks with no protective cover leaving food(s) exposed to patrons walking by and couching, or sneezing on the food products that are left outside their store that right outside their store on the mall floor for everyone to see and touch the food as well as pet owners animals sniffing and licking foods on the lower part of the pan tray racks while walking by. At times these pan tray racks will be out of the mall floor for a length period of time. Leaving these foods exposed to the elements. On a basis, there will be approximately several of these pan tray racks left outside their store blocking patrons' means of escape from the nearest exit points of the mall which also leaves safety concerns regarding Fire Code Regulations. This Store owner has zero disregard for patron safety and the well-being of the mall. By the way, this store has no operating oven all the bakery products are delivered from elsewhere every morning, and all the baked products are microwaved that’s right Microwave not heated by an oven and then placed out for consumers to buy. Why own a baking store when you don’t even use an oven to bake, or heat baked goods? When consumers complain about undercooked products they are met with an extremely rude and disrespectful Female Asian Manager who is possibly racist towards a certain nationality. Who would refuse either a refund or exchange of a baked product stating that the store policy is against refunds and exchanges when in fact their company website states that refunds or exchanges are within all their store policies? After mall hours, when the store is closing, these baked products are placed in cardboard boxes with no protective lids or cover on the pan tray racks and just left within the store. These products are not placed in a fridge which makes me believe that this store has no fridge. So just imagine these baked goods left out all night exposed to the elements and pests and then placed back on the shelve for sale after being warmed up by a microwave, not an oven. After many visits from both the Toronto Health Inspectors and Ontario By-law officers, I am still baffled at how they remain open. So, all I can say is CONSUMER BEWARE. EAT AT YOUR HEALTH AND RISK. If you don’t believe me go have a look for yourself.

Obsessed with these fresh Chinese buns! Soft, fluffy, and utterly delicious, they're the perfect addition to any meal. The flavors are authentic and varied – I've tried the classic custard, veggie bun, and even tuna buns. Each one is a masterpiece of texture and taste. The dough is perfectly proofed, and the fillings are generous and savory. I've been hooked since the first bite! Whether you're a bao connoisseur or just discovering the joy, these buns are a must-try. Get there early, because they sell out fast – worth the wait. Located inside of the mall with plenty of free parking and it’s also very cheap.

It's an interesting bakery. They're about average in price but they've some buns that other bakery doesn't have. For example, they've spicy sweet and sour vegetable buns, chocolate buns, curry veggies buns. I don't eat sweet buns a lot so these salty buns are good for me. And they're bigger in size than other bakery and of course they cost slightly more. In the evening, they'll have daily special because they don't make anymore buns so they want to get rid of them at a cheaper price in the evening. They also have Hong Kong style milk tea, bubble tea, cake and swiss roll. It's not a big shop but they sell many variety of snack which is pretty cool. And at a decent price....

ALERT:UNSCRUPULOUS merchants. I usually buy buns from this store. but a few days ago, I came by, found a customer holding about seven or eight buns . All of the buns were felt to the ground. so I stoped and sit on the chair .I want to know how the owner managed this matter. I saw she put all the dirty buns beside the counter. After all customers left ,the shopowner put all dirty buns to the shelves without any management. After a few minutes, she supply these dirty buns into the cabinet waiting other customer to buy them. I think its a unscrupulous merchants. I will never buy anything from this store, Everybody should be...
