This review is based on in person experience not online. I came in 1 hour prior to closing, Noor was the person to help me. She said they were closing early and she will text me with all the information as she was in a rush to leave. I drove an hour to come to this place based on reviews so I said no problem. Waited three days and finally texted her first. Took her two days to reply after I wrote that if she doesn’t want my business, I’ll go elsewhere. She then quickly responded and asked for info that I provided her ASAP and then she went MIA till now. Extremely unprofessional. I feel like this place just cares about people that are extremely wealthy or have a big online platform. So if that’s not you, you might as well go elsewhere. I also wasn’t trying to get a discount or anything like that. We never even got to the part about money. I guess not all customers are treated the same here.

Reply to owner, I can show you my text messages with her and nowhere will you see me having any specific requests. All I wanted was bamboo earrings with my name on it. Don’t know how hard that can be. Also, for you to refer me back to a person who can’t even reply or tell what’s going on is extremely unprofessional. Here is a screenshot of our conversation. I went to this store today to upgrade my two chains to a thicker chain. Before going to the store, I called on the phone where one on the person who called answered the and I asked if I can upgrade my chain and pay the difference for the chain as I bought it a a few months back. He said, yes brother, come in any time we got you... So I came in, and the representative told me I cant upgrade my chain, and they will only give me credit for the scrap value of the chain which is 260 for both, where I paid close to a $1000.00 for both chains. My problem was that when i called the person on the phone didn't tell me about this at all. Commuted 3 hours for nothing, absolutely nothing. I was lied to and this isn't the right way to treat customers even though they are not the big customers. I was lied to, and wasted my time for nothing. Also, the second chain I has broke (broke the day I got it - which talks about the poor quality of the chain) and the person helping me out said he will replace, no problem. When I took a closer look at the chain, it wasn't replaced, it was just melted on to the ring where it broke, where it looks very ugly. He also lied to me about replacing the chain, where he didn't. I didn't noticed till I got home and checked it out. I was lied to twice by this company and will never recommend this place for...

Not happy with my experience dealing with these guys , they straight up make up prices and charge what they want based off of who you are as a person and what type of fame/status you have... i was quoated a set price and after my custom was ready he wanted 2k more for no reason... i had to screenshot his own words and remind him what we agreed on.... if you aren't a big name dont waste your time here. Bought a pendant and chain that I got quoted for from another jeweler for half the price of what I paid with higher karat gold and heavier in weight also .... not to mention i orginally asked for my pendant to be made from 18k white gold but i got 10k in the end with a premium price lol these guys have no integrity or honesty and love to just take advantage of people who don't know any better, , extreme scammer type of vibes, they just lead you on like "habibii this habibi that " all bunch of finesse talk... if you know nothing about jewelry then this is the place for you for sure, best part of it all is if you buy a chain from them you cannot trade up and Pay the difference, basically gotta take the loss and buy a complete new one is what I was told, to think somebody who makes millions off of finessing people they would have more integrity....
