Ethio Natural Coffee — Restaurant in Toronto

My husband and I often wish they were closer to us, because we would love to go for a delicious espresso, and cappuccino whenever we felt like it. The atmosphere is very nice when we’re there, the music is always at a perfect calming volume, and there’s people enjoying their coffee drinks with quiet chatter. When we’ve gone, just in the evenings so far, there’s usually one person taking orders and making the coffees, and they’re always very kind and patient, quick too! We didn’t have to wait long for a great coffee to go, not that we would’ve minded at all if there was a wait. The cafe is so pleasant, and their coffee is fantastic. They have a variety of un-roasted and roasted beans, we always buy a bag of their roasted Jimma beans to take home, as the taste suits us very well. It delivers an espresso with a smooth, roasted, chocolate flavour. My husband says when he gets it right (espresso maker in training haha) it tastes like liquid chocolate! What a gem! They roast their own Ethiopian coffee beans right there in the shop. The lady working there (not sure if she was the owner) was courteous and kind. She helped me choose a coffee roast and recommended the "Kaffa". I took them home and used them to make a fabulous espresso. I'll be back to try their other roasts.
