Moon lounge — Local services in Toronto

I went to moon lounge for the first time recently and was blown away by the incredible customer service here. I walked in with my friend and we were seated immediately but told the server that we actually liked to be sitting on couches. Within 10 minutes, the server told us that the people who reserved to take a pair of the couches did not show up for 5 mins after their reserved time and we got the couches (even though we were just 2 guys and those couches could have fit 6 people). This immediately showed us how much they cared about customer satisfaction.

The quality of the shisha is wonderful and the way they explain all of the options is simple and clear. The shisha menu was also simple and easy to follow (they give you categories for flavours). Lastly, the replacement of the coals was done automatically by the servers in a very timely and organized manner. You don't need to keep trying to catch a server to get you more hot coal. This is a big one.

Toward the end, I went to the cash register and spoke with the owner. He was a very polite and pleasant gentleman. We spoke in the Jordanian dialect (since we both lived in Jordan for some time) and I told him I will be coming back. First things first I’d like to say that I am a shisha connoisseur. I have been to every single shisha lounge in the gta and not one of them compares to the service and quality you will find at Moon lounge. When I first walked in I was greeted by a gentleman named Abdul, he seated me to my table and brought me a complimentary drink without even asking. He broke down the difference between moon and these other lounges and I sure was impressed. After that another gentleman named Warice came by and took my order, he recommended an amazing flavour and it did not disappoint! He made sure I was well taken care of and happy the whole time. I had a great experience at Moon Lounge, and a big part of that was thanks to Hamza, the manager. From the moment I arrived, he made sure everything was smooth and welcoming. He was very professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about the comfort of every guest.

Hamza’s hospitality stood out — he checked in with us personally, made great recommendations, and managed the team with confidence and kindness. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it really shows in how well the place is run.
