I've been going to this adorable sushi spot for a while now, I've tried many sushi restaurants but Yami Go Sushi is absolutely the best, and superior to any other one. The restaurant is very charming and the decore is beautiful. Everything on the menu is soooo delicious and fresh. The owner Pearl is sooo friendly and sweet. She greets everyone with such warmth and kindness. I always love her recommendations and I'm going thru the menu each time I visit. Compliments to the amazing chef, a true master and also very welcoming. I literally crave their sushi 🍣. If your sushi lover like me, this spot is a must try. And if not this place will change your mind and you'll love sushi. My hubby was never big on sushi and now his in love too. The only mistake I made once was not getting enough. I got the maki party tray, the tempora and crab cones and the shrimp rolls on the side 🍤🍣. As you can see we couldn't wait and had some on the way home. Plus I tried a delicious lemon papaya green tea drink with tapioca pearls that was so delicious and refreshing. I don't have a picture cause I finished it before getting to my car. In all honestly, I think I'd rate this place 3.5/5 ~ 4/5 but I am not rounding it up to 4 star from the simple fact that this place sells escolar as "white tuna." Escolar is not a type of tuna and it will give you the runs! I think they should take it off the menu entirely or replace it with other fish (e.g. cheap tuna).

I ordered some bento boxes from this place for me and my colleagues. The food (quality wise) was decent. It wasn't the best but it certainly was not the worst. Our team collectively agreed that there were better sushi lunch options in the area. That said, I think the pricing was pretty good for the bento boxes.

Also, I thought the person who took my large takeout order was very polite and the service was top-notch. They took the time to label different bento boxes with different requirements to avoid any confusion and she helped me load up my large order into the truck....
