I run into this place on Google...we love hakka, so we went to try it with my husband. The place is in an absolute unique way set with the private booths!!! Just absolutely cozy, and very quite, even if the restaurant very busy... Personally it is an extra plus in my eyes!!! We missed the point of the little bell on the side of the wall, until heard others using them for attention. Service was very quick and efficient, the variety of food just overwhelming...We choose Bombay chicken, Manchurian fish/dry, and Singapore noodles with shrimp and chicken. You MUST go hungry!!! Not even half full, or just a bit hungry, because the amount it's just very very generous!!! All the dishes tasted AMAZING!!! Prices are very reasonable, what is again a plus! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, if you love Hakka!!! In case you dont know what type of cuisine, it is Chinese food mixed with Indian spices, and YOU MUST visit THIS place to try!!!

The food at Super Hakka Restaurant was okay, but the service was nightmare. We had a large group of 16 people, and our server seemed annoyed and rushed from the start. It made the whole ordering process quite uncomfortable. We asked for an extra bowl for our soup and had to remind them after waiting for 10 minutes. The real headache came when it was time to pay. I tried using my US debit card, but person at the front ran it as credit and then she claimed they don't accept credit cards. After multiple refunds and charges, they said they don't take foreign cards either. I even offered to show my ID to match with the card but it didn’t help. This led to unnecessary foreign transaction fees for me. My friend then tried paying with his Canadian card, but even that was a hassle. She ran the card but then she was like we don’t take Canadian credit cards either and we’ll take only Canadian debit card. So, she refunded again. She seemed confused and inconsistent with restaurant’s payment policies and very good at changing customers’ cards and refunding them right after. I genuinely believe that she is one of the most incompetent cashier on the face of the earth. Their service issues ruined what could have been a decent meal. It was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend it based on the customer service alone.

I have been a loyal food fan since 2016. Over the years the quality and freshness of food has declined as well as the service and portion size. I understand the economic conditions may prompt this but the excess use of sodium and poor ingredients is no excuse. They now levy a 10% dine in tax mandatory. I was forced to tip while still experiencing poor service. I attempted to speak to the waiter about the decline in food and was ignored. Ordered : house special fried rice which was clumpy and soggy, Bombay fish which was 40% batter. The prices of fish which used to be fillet were so small I thought they prepared chicken by mistake. The wonton soup was ok just overall salty. And the veggie spring rolls were still decent. It seems that their focus has switched to take out as the in house service was subpar. I think if they are going to operate in this way they should remove some in all together. The last time I catered an event from here was in Feb 2023 and I dined in yesterday and won’t return. To many lows

We ordered chilly chicken with Hakka noodles , Bombay chicken with egg fried rice, spicy garlic fish with egg fried rice, Szechuan noodles veg and spicy panner with veg fried rice. Everything tasted same. Everything was salty and oily, spicy gravies were not spicy at all. Bombay chicken was deep fried mostly batter and chewy dry. We were hungry but still couldn’t eat due the awful and overly salty taste. I don’t know why such great reviews based on taste as even the fried rice didn’t taste good. The quantities are huge as you can see in picture. So if the quantity matters to you then you can go but I won’t suggest this place to anyone. Also there is a mandatory 10% tip which you will not feel like paying after getting so bad food. At last we ordered a packaged coke and it was the only thing that tasted good. If you are looking for Indian kind of Hakka food this is not the place.

I found human hair in their chicken. See photo. When my dad complained they gave him another meal but didn’t apologize. I decided to not post my review because although it’s rare it can happen to any restaurant. But recently when I called in to order, the lady on the phone refused to take my order because she had a personal vendetta against me and my cell phone number. She told me to come into the restaurant and if I feel like the food is clean and worth buying then they will take my order. I decided not to order anymore or ever eat out at this restaurant because of her behaviour. Not only is their food unhygienic now, their treat their customers bad. I will take my business elsewhere where they treat customers with respect and maintain good hygiene.

I recently dined at Super Hakka Restaurant and had a mixed experience. I ordered the Chilli Garlic Mussels, Chicken Pakoras, and Chicken Rice. While I personally didn't enjoy the mussels, the Chicken Pakoras and Chicken Rice were excellent and definitely worth trying. I've been a regular at this restaurant and have consistently found their food and customer service to be top-notch. The 10% gratuity charge is communicated upfront, which I appreciate for its transparency. The restaurant also offers private dining rooms, adding a nice touch to the dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Super Hakka Restaurant for its quality food and excellent service.
