Maybe not getting rude and ignorant towards potential customers on reviews will help you retain a higher one. The same thing happened to me today, I needed laptops just to discover they’re closed. Even the other stores on the strip commented on how absurd it is. Your response to the above customer’s legitimate grievance concerning you not being open on the biggest retail shopping day of the year in all of North America is disgustingly unprofessional. I was going to come and purchase 2 laptops for my business tomorrow but I’ll take my business elsewhere where the owners know how to speak to their customers. The customer is absolutely right. You have a duty to make it known, there’s not even a sign on your door to confirm any change in holiday hours.. unlike the other 5 stores that neighbour yours. It is near impossible for people to determine that you will be closed simply because it says ‘boxing day MAY affect these hrs’. Do you know what ‘MAY’ means? It’s only a suggestion, a heads up, if you will. All businesses say that on google and the majority are still open. Because it’s Boxing Day and because they know how to run a business. Your sarcasm and attitude is the problem here. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but after phoning this place to ask if they had external USB hard drives, the man was extremely rude. He simply gave me ONE astronomical price ($370) with no information on what it even was, the brand? size? speed? enclosure? it's like saying "I sell you car." While not providing the make or model.

I'm patient with poor-English speakers, and tried to politely explain that I needed more info before heading in and he shouted at me "EXTERNAL DRIVE", and then hung up.
