NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE SELL YOU REFURBISHED SMART TV SAYING ITS NEW Bought a tv on 11 may 2023 for 700Dollars in a month half of the screen is black when I called the orient place they told us to bring the tv to their shop and their technical support will be repaired at his shop if it was NEW WHY would they repair it in ORIENT shop? I recently bought a 55 inch samsung tv from this store and I have to say, their customer service was amazing. I had a ton of questions about the tv and the staff was so patient and helpful.
