I can’t say enough about my experience with this group of amazing people. I had my cake delivered the night before my family celebration event. There was one slight issue in the spelling of one of the names that they added to the cake. The next morning my cake was picked up taken away and brought back corrected within the hour. Talk about customer service!!!! They totally get it!!! I will forever be grateful and would recommend Elite to everyone and anyone. Oh yes, the cake was amazing. Everyone ranted and raved over it. Needless to say I made sure we kept a few slices for after dinner today. 😉 This is what 20 years plus is all about. Friendly, professional and 100% the best customer service experience anyone could ever have. Thank you Elite Bakery for making my family event...

Reply to owner the memorial candles are $6.29 plus tax so in fact they are $7.23 a piece and the quality is absolute garbage.

I gave two away as gifts how embarrassing was that to give away two dead memorial candles.

It wouldn't be worth my while to return to the store.

My friend did and he got a replacement candle that only lasted 3 weeks.

The shortbread cookies I purchased were boxed Scottish shortbread at your cash register my review is not false why would I waste my time writing a bogus review.

Furthermore I won't be returning to this store if you were that concerned you would apologize for selling inferior products.

Do yourself a favour go to Kostas Bakery they sell the candles at a much cheaper price and their baked goods are much nicer and more...

Definitely one of our usuals! Such an awesome gem of Scarborough! They’ve got a great selection of pastries that would satisfy your sweet tooth. We love their eclairs. They’re light and fluffy and OMG they’re large! We would usually order from them by delivery. But having to visit them in person, we just got very excited and obviously wanted to try everything. They also have a good selection of grocery items, frozen food, and a display for their olives and feta. It’s a small place but definitely packed! You can tell the staff are full of heart and love too. It’s a bit chaotic if there’s a lot of customers and I never understood how their queue worked but the staff will look after and attend to everyone. Oh! And there’s free parking in...
