Burrito Boyz — Restaurant in Toronto

Food was kind of meh. Meh as in bland, no flavour. Ordered the steak burrito and the steak was not marinated at all. The chipotle sauce didn't add any flavour.

Update: Decided to try this place after more than a year absence. Ordered steak naked burrito bowl and specifically asked for coleslaw, bell pepper and jalapeno. Was watching the server build the bowl and noticed no coleslaw, bell pepper or jalapeno. Reminded the server to include them but was told by the server that whatever was on the order slip was included. These toppings were indeed on the order slip printout. Got home and opened up the tray and lo and behold, no coleslaw, bell pepper or jalapeno despite being reassured by the food server. How hard is it to follow instructions? Would give a negative star if that was possible. Needless to say won't be coming back to this location any time soon. Huge...

Last night I was YELLED at on the phone by the GIRL taking the order telling me company policies about getting a credit card for a large order. It was for 2 burritos... She spoke over us YELLING as I was trying to tell her to stop so I can explain that I only need 2 burritos and she told me I was giving he attitude !!!! WHAT THE ???? GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT . we went to the warden location instead where we are treated like valued customers. you guys should watch out for whoever is answering your phones its the VOICE of the business. Warden location was kind pleasant anf provided the head office # and mentioned they also hear a LOT of complaints about Kennedy location treating customers like dirt. If she let us speak she would have hear what we were trying to say but she just went on about how she needed a cc to place the order....

Honestly the burrito tastes good...i just dont understand why pay extra for guacamole and get maybe less than half a scoop it makes no sense ive been getting burritos from this location for a while now and noticed the main girl that does cash " the little brown girl" also jumps in line to make the burritos she always ends up putting very little toppings...if they are going to be doing that then they should charge less, i can easily count the number of corn or onions that goes on my burrito why pay 10 plus dollars and end up getting a plain wrap with very little stuffing. Other than her putting very little toppings I like the rest of the staff who actually makes my burrito fine..and just for them ill give them a 5 star rating 2 bad experience shouldnt ruin such good tasting burritos ...maybe ill try...
