I frequent this chain for the pass 10 years and ate at more than 15 of their locations so far. I had a very bad experience at the Humber River Hospital location - not the fault of the workers but the franchisee. I called the head office but no one answered and the machine kept saying "the message is full, please call back later". I tried different extensions and got the same message. Pressed "0" and there was no operator for the company. Once a person picked up the phone but hung up right away!

Hope you have good experience with this chain, if not there is no one to talk to at all!

Also, portion sizes are all over the place. If you like their food, once you found a good location stick with it. The best one is the flagship store in Mississauga but make sure for dine in only because for take out the manager tries to skimp on the food since the owner can't see! The worst one for food so far is Vactoria Park & Sheppard they always overcooked on the lamb skewers.

It's a shame that the franchisees and the helps just care about the profits by showing no pride and love for the food as...

Gravely disappointed!

Had a Chicken shwarma ($6.99)+fries & drink combo ($3.99), total cost $12.41.

Not worth it at all! Chicken was sorta-cooked with a soggy texture, not like other shwarma places. They had the chicken entirely carved off of the rack. Toppings didn't look nor taste fresh. The hummus was absolutely amazing and the garlic sauce made it edible.

The combo is a rip-off, fries were cooked nicely though but were luke-warm, again it was pre-made and nothing is really made to order. Portion; terrible!

What made the experience bad for me was the value vs portion size. I would strongly advise just the sandwich by itself for $6.99 if anything. It was there grand opening, will not be eating there again.

Not recommending you eat here. Staff were very friendly though.
