Update I did contact the store about it and the manager just didn't want to accept any responsibility. So if you try to complain about your legit situation with that store, you will face a manager who does not want to own up to its mistakes. Secondly, they do NOT heat up anything properly. Ask them to heat up one of those bread sticks. It's always more cold than warm. Same with the Herb and Garlic pastry. And when you ask them to keep it in the microwave for ten more seconds, you get plenty of attitude. Now I don't know if it's company policy to do it for 15 seconds, but I've been at other Tim Hortons where you didn't have to ask and they were a lot warmer and clearly in there for 30 seconds. You'd also think with enough complaints, they'd be pro-active, but this is NOT that kind of Tim Hortons.
Old I have had nothing but consistent issues with this Tim Hortons. I'm sure I'm spoiled cause in small towns, Tim Horton's employees are the epicentre of importance. Today was the last straw. I ordered a chipotle chicken panni and a decaf single, single. First, she kept asking me to clarify what a single, single was. After that odd encounter, I waited for my panni to see her making a wrap. I inquired, and she went, oh, and started turning it into a sandwich, not a panni. And this is EVERY time with this store. I make sure I'm saying it all correctly but they keep mucking it up. So yeah, if you're going to go there, get ready to be asked to clarify every time, and for them to keep mucking up your order. This has happened to friends of mine as well,...
Read moreI was at this location yesterday and was made to feel very unwelcome by the staff working the counter. Not only was I not welcomed or greeted the hospitality was terrible. I noticed that they didn't have any lemon poppy seed muffins, and so I inquired if they were making them. The employee then asked how many I would like, to which I replied, just one.
Without apology, she looked to her co-worker, said something in another language, then said we don't have any. I asked why they asked how many I wanted if they didn't have them. The employee said we can make them, but not for one order. This made me feel undervalued as a customer because I was there to buy an item on your menu, and it shouldn't matter how many I want.
When I said to the employee why not just make them for the evening, given that it was only 4 pm and this location is 24hr, she gave me the rudest expression and then turned to her co-worker again and said something in another language, then said to me we don't do that, you must choose something else.
I don't go to Tim Hortons often, but this experience would make me consider not going at all if this is the service I would receive. I encourage you to see the Google reviews, as food stock appears to be a constant issue at...
Read moreI came in here today and I had bought two water bottles with my sister for our dogs, I asked her to get a paper cup as my dog isn’t able to drink out of a water bottle. They told her we must pay 10 cents for the paper cup which is really frustrating as I just purchased two water bottles! I have also worked for tim Hortons and never was I told that I must charge someone for a paper cup nor have I ever had issues at any other locations! Now I went in and asked for the same thing I got the same reply as well as “you should buy a cup and walk around with it” from a man whos name is something like nubal I am not sure how to spell his name! When I asked a lady that works there to write his name down she refused to do so and replied with you told us your dog is a service dog but we haven’t seen paperwork, well at this point I wouldn’t show anyone my information as I was treated with no respect while I have been a loyal customer to Tim Hortons Won’t be returning to this location or any other this is very disheartening as I have feed this company with my hard earned money! Very...
