Starbucks — Restaurant in Toronto

Wanted one of those Christmas Mugs, all sold out missed it bah humbug. Enjoyed the Coffee Brûlée Latte & son go the Chai Tea latte. Was yummy. Nice inside Loblaws in the Eastmall had to walk around to find it. Otherwise known as Cloverdale Mall. That is a little confusing to people cause TTC says Eastmall even though Mall sign says Cloverdale I think should be as it says Eastmall makes me think they must be another mall over there somewhere? That I hadn’t seen yet Google Maps, Apple Maps & Transit & the mall need to have a discussion on this come on now. Let’s get it straight as your confusing customers....

Your location at 340 East Mall in Loblaws. They need to be either training more or know about your drinks better because everytime I ordered Iced London Fog Latte I get excuses "I don't know how to make it", " it's not available", or " We don't do Iced London Fog Latte's".

I got a drink I didn't want, I asked for a refund on my order but they said they can't do a refund on an Mobile order.

I am sick the excuses for this drink, why have it on the menu if it's going to be if they can't make it.

Pack your patience if there are two people in front of you, they only have one POS system. The baristas there are amazing given their limited resources (it's a small one inside of a Loblaws). Great for those not familiar with how ordering at Starbucks works (less pressure kinda of, but they do have a menu available online/an app that can be viewed beforehand) but I've had to walk out a few times because I've spent 10 minutes waiting in a line that...
