Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

The worst location ...will never recommend anybody to go there ...the customer service was so bad ...the guy was so rude ...I ordered a pizza on phone and the pizza was ready less than 10 min and the ingredients were are not cooked properly and I asked to make a new one and he said the new one will be the same as he given to me ..I asked for money back and he was rude and said he can give me only by cash ...and I asked to return to the card and he said don't u understand English ..I asked for the manager and he said he is not there and I asked the cashier girl when is the manager available and this guy said she is busy and she cannot talk and hardly one customer was there ...this location doesn't care about customer and their satisfaction and the guy was rude and he said whatever u want to ask ..ask the customer service line not to him ...I was really frustrated and made me so upset as I was there to buy pizza for free..a very bad location and he did not care about the complaint too ...so it means the management does not care about the customer and treated them badly as they are giving free food ...I felt insulted in front of the other customer and there were talking in their own language ...stupid customer service and stupid location and they did not have name tag on them ...don't ever go there .....u will lose ur self -respect if u go...

I do not like to leave bad reviews but something must be said about this location. I've ordered pizza pizza delivery countless times and never had any issues with other locations except for here.

Something is going wrong at this location. I'm not sure what the issue is, bad management maybe or staff that dont care but there is constant mistakes made to my order. It's been every single order I've ever made, something is missing or incorrect. The pepperoni always tastes slightly off or bad and I've changed my toppings to order from them just one more time and yet again another mistake. The driver didn't even care and when I asked him not to charge me for the missing item he refused. But yet I still had the decency to tip him.

Terrible service, terrible food and better off saving your money and ordering elsewhere It's too bad this is my only pizza pizza in my delivery area, if I could pick another location to delivery I would

I had an extremely Racist and aggressive delivery driver the last time I ordered delivery when my card wouldn’t go through due to the lack of cell service in my basement apartment. I ended up paying cash after the kept guy threatened to call his manager to “deal with someone with no money/refusal to pay” despite showing him the money in my account / explaining the issue sometimes occurred with POS in a basement and me desperately trying to cooperate.

You guys also consistently bake tomato and onion ends into the veggie Stromboli - hairy tops and all. Too many other non-prejudiced & black owned businesses (like the carribean owned restaurant down the street) in the city to ever eat here again. Insane in 2024 that I need to even to write this. I’m being petty at this point but of all the chains in the area - by far the worst pie unless you’re looking for their keto pie or something specific. There’s just no...
