This place is a dump management company that runs it. MetCap has been sanctioned in several other provinces. I can't say enuff the water is shut of almost everyday the elevators that they just replaced break more now than before they purposely refuse people that can pay the rent just so they can rent it to someone that can't really afford it but they rent it hoping to have it back on the market rasing the rent every time the flip the apartments ask your self this this building should have some of the cheapest rents considering that at one time there was people that lived here for 30 to 40 years and now there apartments that they lived in are the most expensive ! Update this review ! I'm still living in this building as I watch it crumble around me ! Just so you are aware, this building is run y Metcap ! This company has been banned from doing business in I believe 2 provinces you should verify ! For doing shady buisness ! A perfect example is the send out rent increases, saying they want 4.9 and are planning to go to court to get it . So when you call, they advise you that you should pay the increase so you are not behind when it comes, but once you start paying it, they end up not going to court, and they did this. To me, the last 4 years I now pay 12% more than I should be to me this is fraud at it worst we have alot of older people that are scared. The first year moving in the apartment I used to love it. Now every night before going to bed I cry because I just wanna leave . I’m dealing with a coackroach and mice infestation I only have a sofa and a dinning table my apartment it’s pretty empty and I literally see them taking more and more space . The pest control come but it’s been 3 month I have to run after the assistant ( Dolores who is a very nice person and friendly) building for help and nothing changed. Will not recommend moving here . I have been living here for 15 years and I love this building. When I needed repairs or anything fixxed it got done right away. They put in new floors, carpet, elevators, fridges, stove, toilets, balconies, new doors, front and back entrances. The staff in the office are amazing especially Delores she is very helpful and polite. I would like also thank upper management for fixing all the repairs and trying to get things done. They still have things to do but I am sure it will get...
