I have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and always supported this little place whenever I could even if sometimes the products on the shelves are expired or sometimes the fruit and veggies are on their last legs. They have a great selection of teas and spices, as well as some really nice henna tubes, but after today I'm not sure I'll go back. I was blatantly being followed around the store like I'm going to steal. I understand the weariness for such a small family owned store and couldve let it go except for the fact that when I was checking out. I saw bottles of coca-cola for about the same. No way a small can of tonic would cost as much. In any case, she gave me the wrong change back. I have a strong feeling it was done on purpose. It's these little things that make people never return to your store and post negative reviews. You gained maybe $1. Maybe $0.50. Just a classless thing to do. I was thirsty and in the area. If I had had a good experience I might have come back for more. I have a project in the area that will last probably several months. Just bad business more than...
