I normally order my hazelnut cold brew everyday on my way to work but after today I might have to change my mind. I've placed the order 5 mins ahead of time and when I got there it wasn't ready yet. I did noticed there were a lot of people in the store but there were only 3 workers originally but they don't seem to care. They absolutely have no sense of urgency and took their time. I stood there for 15 mins with my timer on to see how long it takes for them to make my drink. However more 2 more staff came out but they only focused on making orders for people that ordered from the counter. I got frustrated when everyone inside the store has left so I asked for a refund. The staff without even apologizing, decided to go ahead and told his co-worker to make my drink then pointed at the drink and said "we already make your drink". I was in a hurry to head to work so I don't bother to waste my time with them but my drink tasted nothing like usual, my drink has no hazelnut taste, no cold foam at all,the taste was like a regular iced coffee costs half the price of my drink. I don't usually complaint to minor stuff and have previous working in fast food chain as a supervisor capacity so I know what customer service is all about. These staff need more training and I'm hoping the store manager/franchise owner would read this to improve the service. Should you need more info please...
Read moreI walked in about 7:45am. There was a full cup of coffee knocked over and left on the floor at the left corner pick-up counter. Staff left it and did not clean it. This is a slip hazard (health and safety issue) to your customers. I wanted to pick up a dozen doughnuts for my co-workers, but there was not enough in the display to make that order. I can't believe that a company that doesn't make their doughnuts in house anymore can't keep their display topped up with a selection of their delivered doughnuts. There was more than enough staff to make sure the store was cleaned and products were being made available, but this location can't seem to make that happen. I also tried to order some turkey bacon club sandwiches but was told I could not get them till after 11 am. This is a 1st for me as I have been going to several Timmy's locations throughout the City of Vancouver and other lower mainland locations where I was able to get them at 6 am. (Keep in mind this is a 24hr store). Some people come in and order these type of sandwiches for their lunches, but this location won't make them for you till after 11 a.m., which is a FAIL. I was able to order some Timbits from their 4 flavor choices, which tasted old and stale. This location needs a lot of help, and it starts with a manager that can be a good team leader to help staff bring this location up to...
Read moreWe went there n placed order for two chai lattes which was served very cold and we requested to give us hot one. Crew girl Simran took the lattes back n make stupid faces. When she came to gave us back she just left at drop off counter without informing or calling us that its ready. When I asked her where is the order she was like i placed it there, its basic manner to call the customer n inform them about the order. Why she get so offended when asked to serve us hot lattes and making faces. Anyways, I called in the store to talk to the manager, again whosoever picked up the call said manager is not there call btw 7-12 tomorrow and I asked for the manager name she said we can’t disclose any information if u have questions come tomorrow. Excuse me, which is this law where u r not allowed to disclose the name of manager?? Being a pharmacist from last 10 years, I learnt this thing today. Get some training for customer service and u r in Canada not in Punjab that u r making faces n disrespecting others Mam. Check the cameras, the order was around 1pm April 8th. It was the first worst customer experience with Tim...
