I saw Zorana, and left very disappointed, she had no clue what she was talking about, she wanted me to come in for a 2 hour TEST to colour a strand of my hair to see if it would lift and on top of that she was going to CHARGE ME MONEY!?!?! Even Luke said :” I wouldn’t charge her anything, we’ve never done this before.” Right in-front of me!?!.. Zorana is unprofessional, she wasted my time, and she has no clue what she is doing.
