One of my favourite places for bubble tea, they always have the best pearls (chewy) and strong tea flavour. They also have free delivery available with a minimum purchase of 2-3 drinks usually, depending on what city you live in – much better deal than Uber/Skip etc. For delivery, I usually check their Instagram @chunfunhow.van for their delivery scheduled, DM them to order, and pay via etransfer. The store is clean, and smells nice and sweet when you walk in. There is a pretty floral mural with a large single couch that is great for pictures by the door. I’ve already been over 4 times, and finally decided to document and fully review my drinks this visit.

My order (all drinks were half sugar, with less ice):

Grass Jelly Milk Tea w/ Pearls: My favourite and go-to drink, nice and simple, which never disappoints. Pearls are chewy, has a bit of sweetness to it and pairs nicely with the drink. Generous portion of both grass jelly and pearls, so I had a good topping to drink ratio throughout.

Lychee Jade Tea w/ Aloe: the most refreshing drink! Great alternative if you want to take a break from milky drinks. There’s a lot of aloe in the drink, so you have something to nibble on the whole time. Lychee is prominent but not overpowering, and doesn’t taste syrupy. I love having my drinks half sweet, as I think it better showcases the aromatic tea flavours.

Pearl Fresh Milk Oolong Tea: creamier with the fresh milk

I’m so happy I stumbled onto this place while visiting my friend at VGH. Come here if you want real brewed jasmine tea with fresh, soft, chewy and perfectly made boba without paying a bomb. It was pretty late so there was only one lady serving but she was super friendly, fast and even brought our drinks to our table with an apology for the wait. (She was actually much faster than most places with three servers! )

The shop is spacious inside with ample seating and beautiful floral murals. Even the cups are gorgeous. I liked it so much I went back the day after! I’ll have to try their freshly baked cheese tarts.

They have free parking in the rear and their sign card says they’re open until 2:30am. (just note their back entrance is only open until 9:30pm for...

It was extremely cute. I love the cup designs; they are gorgeous. I went there because I found out that they had osmanthus milk tea with osmanthus jelly in which I had never tried before. I was not disappointed. I liked so much that I had to get another one the next day.

They have milk alternatives for those who are lactose intolerant, vegan, or just prefer plant based milk. They can replace the milk in most of their drinks, but not in the milk teas because of how it's made.

That day, I bought some for friends and family members to try and they all loved it. They serve more than just osmanthus teas so give them a try and I hope that they'll be just as good as the drink that I...

Very cute little place hidden away. This place was not that big and only a few tables. When I was there it was that busy, just a lot of delivery drivers coming through, but a few students with their laptops opened. We had a Guava Lychee Green Tea, I completely understand why this was thier most popular, it was very refreshing. The hot Oolong Milk Tea, not so much. Pretty bland, but okay. They have a variety of cups that they use. From the display of cups, they were all very cute. Worth the time to collect all of them. Parking was not easy, due to the construction, but some paid street parking.
