Art Boulle — Local services in Vaughan

Art Boulle, the lovely Nancy and her family of artisans were chosen to collaborate on our very special private residential commission, coming highly recommended in the industry, and tasked with several major design elements to complete.

The challenge was to create a timeless masterpiece of a front door. Nancy's dedication to design, service, quality and ability to envision and bring to built form, our complex, detailed and very traditional design involving bevelled leaded glass, thermal glazing barriers, custom milled profiles, custom finishing, concealed and recessed door sweeps, and antique hardware and hinges was effortless for Art Boulle.

Art Boulle, was also able to manufacture custom white oak highly detailed recessed panelled traditional interior doors involving fine custom moulding profiles, all coordinated on site with very specific conditions and dimensions.

An exquisite bent iron (powder coated steel) railing was manufactured involving a sinuous weaving pattern for a balcony, with a custom oval wood handrail.

As many doors require recalibration after a season of settling, along with touchups, this was handled professionally with ease.
