Read moreAs much as I wanted to say I enjoyed this place I was very disappointed I ordered a 4 person platter based off the understanding there was going to be 4 portions on this platter it barely had enough for 2 people let alone 4... 1 Lula , 4 Lamb chops, 1 tomato cut in half ,1 eggplant cut in half, a few chicken wings, barely a chicken skewer, and a few lamb pieces ...this is no where close to what was in the online photo I shared the exact platter I got compared to what should have been
The amount of rice we got to share with 4 people was a joke I even needed to place another order Literally spent $300+dollers and it was barely any food as much as they post beautiful pictures it really isn't what you get Very disappointed!!!
Edited to add... I ordered a meat platter for 4 adults I tried to order a hamburger for my oldest they didn't have it so we agreed for the Lula as a sandwich I got charged for the full Lula platter with no sides nothing I ordered bread they charged me for 3 I got 2 My youngest barely ate So a platter for 4 should have easily fed 4 adults If the wings weren't supposed to be there why were they added I didn't ask for anything extra or complementary Why wasn't there the white BBQ meat as it was stated on the menu 1 piece of Lula to share with 4 adults? 1 tomato cut in half 1 eggplant cut in half This is for 4 people?? How do you show a platter with soo much meat on your site and not provide even half
I also ordered fries I also ordered an extra plate of rice And tea and pastries
I'm not disputing the 300$ I'm disappointed that a platter that cost 145$ that's supposed to feed 4...
Read moreI usually leave 5-star reviews with lots of photos to support good restaurants, but my experience at this Azerbaijani restaurant was so bad that I have to leave a 1-star review instead. The issue was entirely with the customer service from the blonde server.
My colleague and I came here hoping to take a break and reset after work. Instead, the experience was so unpleasant that we’ll never come back. From the moment we arrived, it was clear she didn’t want us there. She was unwelcoming and made no effort to make us feel comfortable.
She had absolutely no knowledge of the menu. Every question we asked was met with confusion, and she had to check with the kitchen multiple times. Twice, we placed orders, and both times she came back after a long wait to tell us the items were sold out. How does a server not know what’s available?
Her attitude was rude, slow, and dismissive. It was clear she didn’t care about us as customers. Despite her behavior, we stayed positive the entire time and even tried to smile at her because we didn’t want to be rude. We came to enjoy our moment, but thanks to her, it didn’t happen.
Normally, I’d take photos to post about a place, but her attitude ruined the experience so much that I didn’t even feel like taking any pictures. As first-time diners, we were hoping for a good experience, but thanks to her, we won’t be coming back. If this is the kind of service your restaurant provides, you’re going to lose more...
