The staff were very good with the exception of the one who was handling my return. He insisted that I wore the shoes outside given the scuff marks around the rubber. I didnât know what to say because I really did NOT wear them outside. The staff specifically told me when I purchased them to definitely not wear them outside since I wasnât completely sold on the shoes when I got them and told me to feel it out at home and bring them back if need be. I understand that maybe the rubber looked SLIGHTLY darker but that mustâve been how it was sold to me. I didnât know how to defend myself and he kept attacking me saying that he wouldnât be able to sell the shoe now and questioned what kind of flooring was in my house. I understand that there are people that take advantage of return policies but the shoe really was in pristine condition. He made it a point to clean the shoe in front of me silently for 5 minutes and then said he would make an exception this one time but that he wouldnât tolerate this again. We bought a pair of winter boots for my mom on line. Tried them on when we received and found too small. We placed an order for a bigger size on the same day we received the first pair. We contacted local store at Vaughan Mills shopping centre, and was instructed bring the shoes and credit card used for the purchase they will have to boots returned. We brought the boots to store but were told they canât return it for us as the boots were used not new.
Itâs very interesting that Why I received a pair of used boots from their distribution centre? If little Burgundy sold a pair of used boots to me, shouldnât little burgundy solve the problem and let me return the boots?
The lady in charge told me their policy says they donât the boots back if it was worn regardless if I received them from store in used condition.
This is very rude and unacceptable to me any store sells a used item to costumer and tell costumer itâs your own problem once...
