I express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience involving a product exchange at one of your stores. I believe the way the situation was handled was both unfair and unacceptable.

I had purchased a jacket online and visited the store to exchange it. Upon inspection, the manager claimed that the jacket had a stain and stated they would make an exception to allow the exchange. However, during the process, I noticed that the taxes I initially paid online were not refunded. When I inquired about this discrepancy, I was informed that it was due to the payment address being in a different province.

I then requested to cancel the exchange and have my original jacket returned, but the manager refused, stating that I no longer owned the jacket since the exchange had been processed. They insisted that I either accept the new jacket or proceed with a refund for the exchanged one. Additionally, I was informed that because of the alleged stain, the original jacket could not be accepted back into inventory.

This situation left me frustrated and financially at a loss. I feel this practice is unethical, as I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. It is concerning that the original jacket, which could easily be cleaned, might be considered damaged and potentially used internally rather than resold.

Despite spending considerable time (approximately 30 minutes) attempting to resolve this issue, I left without a resolution. This experience has been disappointing, and I believe it warrants further investigation into the fairness and transparency of...

I love love love the quality of north face products. I had my windbreaker style jacket for over 5 years- the only problem was me growing out of it, it still looked brand new. I also have the furry style jacket which I love for its coziness- I've worn it regularly for 3 years and it still looks great. I have a womens style arctic jacket, which I've worn every day in the winter for 4 years. The issue I have is that it is starting to show age and has a few small holes due to catching etc. I keep looking for it in every store and can not find it in any large sizes. I had seen in here in the past in a gray colour, but was not there. They had a few mens jackets. They have some great sales going on, but I am determined just to replace my jacket, so will have to wait and hope to find it next year. I also have the back to Berkeley boots in pink bought for full price at the beginning of this year. Not sure they have them at this location, but they are on sale online at north face, and every other place that sells them. This is my second pair of north face boots and definitely recommend them! Waterproof and light. Great for outdoors or commuting...

all right this review as long overdue this is probably my favourite store in the mall and they always got the best deals around the stores pretty small and it could be bigger and they could have more inventory but everyone’s very helpful and when I come in everyone seems to be knowing what they’re doing I will be back for more the wife likes coming to the store to every time we come we always find something that we like but hey it’s north face what is there not to like I spend a lot in time outdoors and I spend a lot of time camping north face is pretty much the only brand that I feel comfortable to wear all the time I do feel like the sizing stuff is pretty messed up sometimes it’s a large sometimes it’s an extra large ,sometimes you just needs to try some thing on and you just need to wear it and move around to get that for flex there’s been times to come home knowing that I have to come back again and change the size but the return policy is pretty good and I’m pretty happy about that so hey I will be back for more it’s always a good time North face...
