   Read moreWent in to Shaw/Rogers to simply to get a Sim card for my phone where I'm currently on a contract. The assistant manager asked for two pieces of I.d. I provided my my license and status card the girl said that this wasn't sufficient as she needed my SIN card or Birth certificate.
I asked to speak to her Manager a rude guy comes out tells me also i needed provide a birth certificate or a SIN I do not carry these on me for my own safety. Well then the manager refused to help.
If all I need was just SIM card with multiple pieces I.d to make my phone work which I'm currently on a plan both Managers cared a less and refused service. I felt awfully frustrated when I was leaving I believe why the didn't help me was there was other customers in the store and they just wanted to make money.

   Read moreTHEY CAN'T EVEN GET MY NAME RIGHT When I switched to Rogers, the salesperson recorded my name incorrectly. This caused problems with 2 factor authentication in online banking. After several annoying hours of dealing with the online help(less) system I went back to the store to correct the error. The manager refused to change my name. He gave my a phone number to call. After an hour of wading through invalid options in the menu system and being put on hold I finally got to talk to a human. I explained the problem and they said they would take care of it.
