OPA! of Greece Mayfair Shopping Centre — Restaurant in Victoria

First of all staff was so unpleasant I saw at 11:15 Saturday 26july 2025, using there own language with no smile on face.

They didn’t cook my bread properly, then didn’t asked me in cashier that I am dine in here or not. 1st- When I asked for girl who is making my plate without changing her gloves that I can you please change your gloves because you touched chicken now touching my vegetarian plate also requested I need to go container. She looked at me with anger and start whispering with another indian staff in her own language. 2ndly the girl who is making my food , when she drop my little pieces of salad on counter she wipe it down on my plate soooo disgusting . Didn’t eat my food and dont wanna say anything to those 2 girls because of there bad attitude.

I will never go to opa in Mayfair if see these...

What a place! If the world were run like this we'd see a lot of well fed individuals. I dont even regret telling you they messed up on the women's orders in front of me and I was shocked that not only did they take minutes realizing it but they realized it on their own and then directly made the situation right. No fuss no blaming on someone else just good old-fashion responsibility. It was so refreshing I haven't even touched my food because I thought you reading this needed to know just how great of an experience that was. The food is ok but the Gyro was over salted. The woman serving was not very friendly at all, did not even greet us when we made eye contact, and did not smile. The lack of cleanliness is concerning to say the least. There is a tiled pony wall separating the business from the Pho shop next door which is covered in a layer of dust and grime. This wall is DIRECTLY beside where the food is prepped and served. In addition, the underside of the glass partition does not appear to have been cleaned in a long time.
