@Calvin ford. I am sure they will get back to u if they charged u extra. Just make sure you are right about ur blames. First, they haven’t refunded your tip money back in case u brought to their attention or hope they do not have HD cameras where they can see whole transaction clearly as per your explanation like their employee took debit machine and enter something and all. Nowadays most restaurants equipped with high tech cameras, microphone and other technology after pandemic.

Also, there is no tax on restaurant meals from December 15,2024- February 15,2025. So sorry that you do not have knowledge of it even ur friend work in CRA.

U mentioned u ordered beef n cheese burrito but ur receipt said Crisp beef burritos.

Was looking for a Diet Pepsi while I was waiting for a friend. Asked the lady at the till if refills were free. She nodded. When I went back for a refill she said it would be a dollar. I prompted that I was told refills were free before buying my drink. I received a stare and mumbled apology.

I don't mind the policy of charging a dollar for refills. I'll just go to the next vendor. But to tell a customer a refill is free, and then charge them when they ask for a refill, is frustrating. This is such an easy situation to resolve by simply offering a refill to resolve the misunderstanding. The cost of syrup must be less than a few cents per drink.

Not a big deal, in the grand scheme of things, but I just worked a 26 hour shift. I'm exhausted and all I wanted was to kill time drinking pop.

I know taco Tuesday is a great deal but don’t cut back on the food just because it’s cheaper. Also I don’t know if it’s under new management but there’s no cleanliness into their employees. No one’s wearing gloves when they make your food and the cashier shouldn’t be allowed to take money then make your food without Wearing any gloves. When I said something about it they started muttering in their language and was given the look. It use to be great but now not so good. Also I ordered 3 tacos and fries and was refused to be given 4 sauces unless I paid extra. Wow!! A small cup side isn’t enough for a taco let along fries....
