i bought a bracelet 15 days ago , 180 dollar 14k gold plated bracelet it broke so i visited the store today i told them the situation yes i tried to fix it because thats my thing. but again still broke because its cheap shitty bracelet moreover its color is faded just in 15 days okay i understand you have to take care of it . they ask me oh you wear it when you take bath. you shouldn’t wear it . you should tell this stuff and your policy when i am buying it 180 dollar it not less . its not fair you are tricking the customers . i ask them to replace coz it comes with 3 months warranty and they say no bcoz you tried to fix the bracelet you touch it now we can’t do anything or you have to buy it again. its very crazy what if i didn’t told them i tried to fix they never came to know what i did is being honest they just screwed me my money i m very much disappointed this is hell wrong and please no body should buy the stuff it can happen to any one and with anyone jewellery. I usually walk past this store and browse but today I went in because I wanted a pendant. I have a necklace and wanted to personalize a bit more. I wasn’t overly sure what I wanted. Sonia (sorry if that’s spelt incorrectly) asked if I needed help, I said yes, explaining my story I got a bit emotional, she was absolutely amazing. She helped me out also said I could get both sides of the pendant engraved which I didn’t know was an option. She viewed me as a person and not just a customer not very often do you see that. We realized the pendent didn’t fit on my previous necklace as the hoop was too small so she came up with a solution and made it work.
