Jimmy The Greek — Restaurant in Waterloo

Gave this place 3 chances… first 2 times we’re ok but they still barely put any salad,rice, and potato’s, just went there today and I willl never go to this location again, your raised your prices and you give less food it’s pathetic, this store is insanely penny pinching! they think they’re saving money by giving less of everything when in reality your losing your customers!! I love jimmy the Greek and have visited many locations but wooow your portions are embarrassing to us customers seriously… and the women at the front is rude, I asked for extra red onion and was giving a dirty look? Seriously ? Pathetic employee’s and location if you people want jimmy the Greek go to the Kitchener location at least you get your moneys worth and good customer service, never going back here again. 0 stars your lucky your even getting 1...

Ordered the chicken souvlaki pita and salad... It was not bad almost to be expected at a place in the mall... Only thing I noticed was how completely calculated she was when making the salad, exactly three olives two slices of tomato a sprinkle of this and sprinkle of that it's almost like they teach them how much veggies to use like it's going to break the bank! which to me is a joke, it's vegetables not meat, and the quality of the vegetables weren't even that great iceberg lettuce?? I have a friend that's Greek and his mom has never made a Greek salad with iceberg lettuce, I found myself saving the 3 olives to the end like there's some kind of gem to be eaten last and savored.... Probably not...

I’ve been coming here for years, quality has definitely gone down hill. Ordered a gyro plate, gave me left over burnt rice at the bottom and the gyro tasted like it was 4 days old.

I returned it after 3 bites because it was honestly gross. They made me look like the bad guy by wanting another box. Ordered the chicken souvlaki afterwards. Still made me feel like the bad guy by justifying what they do with the food.

Not gonna lie the second box wasn’t any better than the first one. Chicken was over cooked. The one at Fairview mall is amazing however. Definitely won’t be returning to...
