Westmount Place — Local services in Waterloo

Did you know there is curbside pick up at this location? Well, now you do and it's great if you don't want to go in! The only reason I'm docking a star is because things are a bit pricey at this location compared to other T&T locations (in the GTA), and you can't really substitute items that aren't in stock anymore.

As for veggies and selection for curbside pickup, I haven't had any issues with getting bad produce or mixed up items yet. If the weight of the produce/meat you ordered online is off, they just issue a refund for the difference. Same with items that are no longer in stock when you pick up. It's a lifesaver for me during the pandemic since I don't want to haul both of my young children in with me.

Delivery is not worth it at all. If I were rating the delivery service I would be giving this a 2 star, if that. Produce, meats, bakery, and frozen foods cannot be delivered. Basically you can get sauces or canned foods delivered to you. There's no point. Curbside pickup is pretty seamless.

Also as a tip, don't add your address into the website. Any items that don't qualify for delivery will be just removed or unselected from your cart, even if you only want...

Great place but expensive in general went here for years and found them to be the pricey, around town. There are a lots things that are pretty expensive that you can buy on some other grocery store for half of the price, there was a lot of times where we couldn’t communicate well with the staff and had get someone from the staff that was able to resolve the problem; some of their staff need training how to communicate and help people. I really enjoy shopping at this market becasue it reminds me of many Asian markets I've experienced! The market is much bigger than in Asia and the lighting is much brighter, but it does bring back many wonderful memories!
