My sister ordered pizza few days ago from Doordash. She ordered XL pizza paying 40$. She got a call from your store saying that they do not have xl traditional crust that she ordered and said they will make 2 large traditional crust. She was fine with it and she requested if you guys could add extra sesame seeds. She recieved the pizza THIN CRUST which is NOT SHE ORDERED. Pizza had GREEN OLIVES which was way too salty to be edible, that even ruined the taste of pizza. And when she gave honest review, she was told that store do not offer free food and she called and asked for free topings and do not insult the business. My sister did not asked for free food, she did not call your store and neither she recieved the pizza the way she ordered. And YOU BEING THE OWNER have an audacity to lie and insult the customers!!!!!! If someone is paying for the food , they want the food the way ordered. So I had ordered 3 of my pizza's with pepperoni, which the meat he claimed is pepperoni most certainly is not. It was an odd texture and looking closer seems to be some kind of salami or sausage? So I called hoping to get some help on at least a partial refund considering this happened to 3 of 4 pizzas I ordered. He was not apologetic, instead informed me that I am wrong, and he can make it in front of me to prove that I am in fact wrong. ( not a great experience to have someone say no you're wrong, I can make you the same incorrect pizza again and thats all) . Yesterday, I decided to visit the shop in person with a few friends, expecting a pleasant dine-in experience. Unfortunately, that expectation was short-lived. The counter service was horrible. When I politely asked if there were any ongoing in-store offers, the boy at the counter rudely told me to “just check online and order from there” instead of offering any help. I found this dismissive and unprofessional, especially since there was a promotional flyer right on the counter advertising some offers. On top of that, there was a hand-written offer at the counter mentioning a “free dips” offer in exchange for a 5-star service review. The staff member blatantly asked us to write a 5-star review mentioning his name, promising two free dips in return. I find this practice incredibly unprofessional and misleading. Even while taking our order, the same staff member was uncooperative and repeatedly said, “I told you to check online and order from there.” The whole interaction felt unwelcoming and unpleasant.
