Poor establishment that is run by a punk that lies through his teeth and purposely wastes several extra minutes of your time when they make errors, evidently I’m complaining about my food being cold and ice cream melted due to a 15 minute wait on some children hiding in the back after promising me my refund for the $3.75 under carbonated soft drink which I can confirm the workers are aware about the drinks not being carbonated because when I brought the drink back and said I want a refund they asked if it was flat, yet continue to sell them as if it’s normal and not a problem. I want my money back scammers. I will be sure to tell my friends about my experience and amongst local Facebook pages. Shame on you kid. You have a lot to learn about proper business and customer service. You lost a lifelong customer and it’s unfortunate because I live very close to your establishment. You ruined it for me. I will never forget the way I felt while being poorly treated by the young male worker who’s parents are the owners of the establishment. I can’t see them being open for much longer as they are incompetent and verbally incapacitated when it comes to talking to a customer, treating them with respect and dignity who is raising a completely legitimate and valid concern regarding lack of beverage quality. We have been going to this store for a long time and have enjoyed the services there until today. The staff disappointed me in many ways... 1st: I ordered a small vanilla cone for my daughter and asked to put it in a cup. The staff told me this cone would have the same price as a sundae and put a small sundae in the system. I barely pay attention to those prices, but thought the sundae should be more expensive. So, then I asked to pay for the order using my reward points that forced the staff to change the order to a cone instead of sundae. I came out of the store and checked the prices through the App and found the sundae is more expensive than a cone... So, the staff was totally dishonest to me. This made me question all my previous orders from this store... So, be aware and double check your receipt... 2nd: I asked to add banana slices on the cone which is standard and was never charged. I have placed the same order many times from the same store. This time got charged for $0.99. When I brought this up to the staff and was told it was never free... 3rd: The cone came halfway melting and with no cone... First time as well. It usually comes with a cone and cup on the side... It totally melted after 10 min drive home... I need to go to another DQ...

I ordered a custom ice cream cake from this location for a bachelorette party. I came in with low expectations, especially because I gave a vague description - tropical themed bachelorette party. Bright colours, tropical flowers/leaves, maybe an engagement ring. I selected a white cake with yellow and orange borders.

Let me tell you, I was THRILLED with the result. My expectations were massively exceeded. The detail and creativity was so unexpected, and nothing I ever would have envisioned. It was such a pleasant surprise, and the entire party was blown away by it!

Thank you so much to whoever decorated our cake. You do amazing work! I will absolutely come back to this location the next time I am in the market for an ice cream...
