I am currently the Manager of this building and am so pleased with the ownership of Signature Properties. I have been with the Company for about 1.5 years and have found that the owners are extremely attentive to improvements needed and any upgrades required. This building is becoming more and more beautiful with curb appeal and interior renovations. It is so wonderful to be a part of a Company that recognizes what needs to be done and puts their foot forward and gets it done. Customer service and preventative maintenance is a very strong suit for Signature Properties.
